Manage your technicians or department work load

Hdesk is an online tool that will allow the customer to fill out a simple online web form requesting help. Once this form is completed this starts the wheel rolling allowing your technicians or other support people to respond to this user all the while maintaining a historical view of the interaction and request for help. With HDesk you are able to manage a department or users workload and assign work based on skill set or requirement.

HDesk is agnostic as related to the work flow or issues and maintains a unified model driven architecture. This allows any company to customize the HDesk process to their unique needs. This allows for proper reporting and historical views of the work flow.

HDesk will:

  • Report when an issue is created.

  • Report when an issue is assigned and closed.

  • Report if the user is satisfied with the result.

  • Report to management the amount of work being completed.

  • Help with organizing departmental work (Who is doing what?).

  • Allow a user or a technician to upload documents for reference.

  • Maintain departmental information online for issue collaboration.

  • Maintain an historical online repository of information for review or update.

  • Maintains technician user groups for security.

  • Alert technician after hours if a case is created.

  • Manage important contact information for a department.

  • Prioritize work entering a department.

  • Allow a technician to create a knowledgebase for use by others.

  • Create a case automatically based on date or time

  • Click Here for a work flow
